超級無敵爛，就是位置好，前台的**臉，配上天龍的衞生，內飾，造就我點評的超級無敵爛，滿是斑點的牆紙，發黃的牆面，黑乎乎的燈，嗡嗡作響的空調，一瓶水都沒有，恨不得所有東西還收費，強烈建議不要去哪裡住，不要天龍住，不要去天龍住！！！

設施很殘舊，床單有破洞，地毯全是煙頭燙的坑，浴室門連把手都沒有，必須有人在外面才能幫拉開！蟑螂打死兩衹，網絡電視和房間電話都有故障。挨着鐵路整晚轟鳴不斷，實在太多讓人鬱悶的問題。好處是在市中心，逛街吃飯都方便。

首先，門衞小夥態度極差，原本定的是有車位、停車免費，到酒店時，一副趾高氣昂的樣子説，沒車位了，誰先來先停，還説，要想停車就自己去找收費的停車場停……不保證有車位，就不要掛着有車位並免費停車出來……其次，預訂的酒店房間説是下午兩點可以入住，結果我們到晚上八點到酒店時，酒店的衞生都還沒搞好，我們定的房間還正在打掃，前台也是一副愛住不住的態度，特拽的樣子，説不住就自己退……這麼晚了，你説，我要是直接來線下訂，我幹嘛在網上訂……再説這衞生，房間裏一股尿騷味，馬桶上甚至於還有尿液……特噁心……衞生上圖，大家自己看好吧！就從來沒有住過這麼噁心的酒店過，春節期間，你明碼標價的翻倍漲價，我也就不説了，但至少衞生和服務態度不應該這樣吧，此次柳州之行，是整個旅途中最失望的一處……馬桶上的尿液圖片就不上了，太噁心了！

開始看評論説這家店比較久，評分3.9不是很高，因此，懷着坎坷的心情預訂了。入住後的體驗，停車方便，熱水非常好，設施雖然舊，打掃乾淨一樣可以的。房間裏面還有冰箱可以使用。
