This is my second stay. I come to Liuzhou once a year. It is a must-stay hotel. It is very close to the attractions and is very convenient. They did issue small cards when I stayed last year, but this year they didn’t. Even after staying for two nights, they didn’t. Safer and more assured. I would like to give high praise to the front desk staff who were on duty on April 6, April 7, and April 8. Their service attitude was very good and they were very responsible. The family room is large, but the only drawback is that there is only one chair, which is not enough to sit on, and the sofa is relatively short. Hope this can be improved.

There are quite a lot of disposable items in the hotel. Mouthwash cups and drinking cups are sealed in separate plastic bags. There are disposable toilet seats, toothbrushes and toothpaste, washing powder, shower caps, shower heads, and shower gels. The ones that produce water cannot be opened either. We were also given a snack box. The location is very good, very close to everywhere.

I am a regular client on business trips and have been staying in this building. The hotel facilities are old and shabby. There are hairs on the sofa and the anti-skid in the shower room is broken and cuts my feet. It should be because the business was too good and management was neglected. I was upgraded to a room type, and the front desk service was excellent. The management and room updates are not in place. As the prime location of Liuzhou and the headquarters of Dongcheng Group, such mistakes are really an oversight by the managers.

This hotel is in a very good location, backed by the Five-Star Food Festival, and 200 meters away is the Five-Star Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient to go anywhere. However, after staying in the room, I found that the facilities in the room were inconvenient: 1. I don’t understand why hotels now only issue one room card, so I called the front desk to send an extra one; 2. The pillow position on the bed was There are two spotlights shining on the head. You can't just turn off the spotlights locally, or you have to endure being illuminated by the spotlights or the whole room is dark; 3 This is the most unbearable, the socket next to the bed can't be charged. Yes, only 30% of the time I checked my phone when I got up early in the morning made me angry; 4. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes and the like, which makes people sigh. Generally speaking, although this hotel has a very advantageous location and good service, the facilities and equipment are too long, which leads to a bad impression among tourists. Although the price of more than 200 yuan cannot be too much, some infrastructure must be improved to win repeat customers.

I stayed in room 9020 with a double bed. I came to Liuzhou a few days before the Chinese New Year and the hotel experience was very good. 1. The pillows are very good, especially the low pillows, which are suitable for people with sleep difficulties who often dislike high hotel pillows. 4. The bed hardness is suitable and good 5. Water pressure is normal and stable 6. The hotel is in a suitable location, close to Jinyu Lane, close to Five Star Pedestrian Street, and you can also walk to Qingyun Market. 7. Extended check-out and health services can be communicated and negotiated

The location of the hotel is close to Wuxing Street. There are a lot of food and clothing stores downstairs. It is more convenient and there is no free parking lot.

The service of the lady at the front desk is very gentle, patient and attentive. The aunt cleans very cleanly. She will also help us to fold the clothes on the bed, the shoes are of good size, which is very good. 😌
