Our room was upgraded from studio to one-bedroom. The room is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is close to Albert Dock and the city centre. We kept our car in NCP carpark for whole day.

Lovely clean hotel that is a stone throw away from Albert Docks and the city centre. The apartment is homely, the lounge & kitchenette is spacious with a separate bedroom and wardrobe space. It was ideal for a family stay, we’ve stayed here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Thank you

Good location, 10minutes walk you can reach both seaside and city centre, its a very good experience, the studio makes me feel like back to student accom, cozy and modern. The best of it is you can try some nice coffee and enjoy a quiet night after a long trip.

Location is good and nice to have kitchen for making your own food. Coffee machine is available which is a bonus. Bathroom is nice with enough hot water. Unfortunately the room has smell of cigarettes and rubbish. Ashes could still be found in the room, and bin was also not cleared and full that was left by last customer.

Very spacious room with two bathrooms and a dining area. Cooking facilities are well equipped and bed is comfortable. Had a nice stay over and will definitely visit again!

Location is good however the car park was closed and we had to park at the plaza next to it with 35 pounds (super costly). We have 4 pax but only given with 3 blankets, one of which was stained. Checked in process was stressful that we were required to fill in an online form at the Reception by ourselves. We stayed at Staycity in Venice and Manchester, they were all good except for this one in Liverpool.
