They didn't have breakfast ready by 8.30 even though they told me the night before it was served from 7.00
The shower barely has water. In compensation there is water droppings from the ceiling right at the center of the room.

The room was excellent and spacious. The water was hot and there was air conditioning. There were no mosquitoes in the room. We went out the lights a couple of times, but the fan worked when turned off, and there was a small light in the center of the room, apparently powered by a generator. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool. Conveniently located, very close to the museum and the main street.

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were very kind, and breakfast was included, but it was much cheaper than other hotels. If you come to Livingstone, please try staying here. Thank you very much. Thank you for everything!

They are kind, breakfast is provided, and the wifi is fast
But there is no water… No shower
You can wash your face a little, but even that is rusty water
When I asked, they said the water tank was empty
They said they would fill it, but they didn't
I booked for two days, but I only stayed for one
The price is cheap, but there is no shower..

I'm glad to be able to stay in a private room at such a low price in Livingstone, where prices are high.
It's very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. The new bus terminal is also within walking distance.

It is unbearable to live without electricity for days, keep this in mind when booking this hotel

The room was spacious and clean.
I was also able to use the kitchen and washing machine, which was very helpful.
The staff were also friendly.
It can't be helped, but the power goes out about half the day. Lol

It is perfectly located within 5 minutes walk into the Livingstone City Centre. It has friendly and hard working staff; very helpful too. The rooms are clean, comfortable and homely. The facility has very good internet. However, consider having mosquito nets in your rooms for Livingstone is mosquito infested.

We chose this accommodation for a single night in Livingstone because it was close to the center (on the day of arrival we would visit the Victoria Mountains in Zimbabwe, spend the night in Le Patino, and the next day we would visit the Victoria Mountains in Zambia). The taxi driver who took us from Kazungula (on the Botswana-Zambia border) knew the little hotel, which looks nice from the outside. They gave us a room on the first floor (the staircase was dangerous with uneven steps). The key card was a bit weak, but it was in terrible condition! A spacious room with a large bed (hard mattress and acceptable sheets). Air conditioning, refrigerator, fan, furniture, and TV with international channels. The level of cleanliness could be improved. We returned from Zimbabwe, very tired around 7 p.m. We had a shower, fruit, and bed. The bathroom, rather shabby, had a sink, toilet, exterior window, and a very apparent shower (with a screen and everything), but it wasn't very effective. It was the first time I showered "in spoonfuls" because of the little water coming out! The towels were fine. The problem arose around 10:00 a.m. when the air conditioning (and the refrigerator, the lights, and the Wi-Fi) went out. I asked at reception, and they told me that Zambia doesn't produce enough electricity and that they cut off the power every night. The only thing left was one outlet for low-power devices (mobile phones, fans, etc.). A disaster. Breakfast the next day was average. The price was very affordable and we paid by credit card when we made the reservation. I think we'd choose another place to stay.
