Hotel Helios Lloret

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant. Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to the bus station. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.

Hotel all in all was very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was very nice with a great pool view, pool and spa area are fantastic with a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel has a car park across the road and is right in the lively centre of Lloret. Would stay there again without question.

Lot of pluses and just one minus of the hotel. Room: was clean, spacious, the cleaning was every day. From the balcony you could see the sea. In front of the hotel there is a square for concerts, diff events. Walking through the square there is a supermarket on your right, it’s the cheapest and a good one. Food: just amazing! Big thanx to the cooks, everything was delicious. Always fish, good meat, apperitives of good quality, the desert yammi, fruits all the time. In the evening no water or other drinks, only with money. That’s the politic I don’t understand, at least water I think any hotel has to provide. Lobby and pool: cocktails are very good, I liked them. Can’tvsay anything about the pool cause never used it. But was clean. The minus: location. It’s the main street, where there are only bars and discos. So at night be prepared to have a very noisy street, with drunk teanagers singing and shouting. In front of the hotel is the meeting point of all the attractions. So it is always and always very crowded location. But instead the bus station (in case you need) is 5min up the street) If you wanna go by yourself to visit Barcelona, buy the tickets in advance, otherwise there wont be seats. The price was around 20eu per person (round trip). Distance: around one hour. The beach is also 5min walk. In the mornig are few people on the beach (all night people are sleeping) but after 16 there are a looot of ppl. If you go little futher it’s much better. Less ********* smell )) About the lloret de mar and beaches around I will write another review.

In general the experience was quite good. The hotel is run decently , there is enough flexibility towards customers, the food buffet is of good quality compared to other hotels. Prices were ok at the bar and for the vacation itself. The airconditioning in the room was excellent, this is seldom the case in Spanish hotels. Also the Wifi worked decently. One bad experience we had with an arrogant bartender not willing to provide ice cubes when we kindly asked for it, even kept shouting to us when we stepped away from the bar. This was never a problem in any other hotel that we ever went to. Makes it difficult to drink something in the evening on the terrace in the room. If they don't wont people to have private drinks in the room than why put an empty mini fridge there? Another thing is for my mother in law who is handicaped the lift wasn't suitable for a wheelchair, and the other one that was suitable was only now and then opened for the public. Other than that the experience was ok, although location wise it is really in the beating heart of the nightlife, we were informed upfront, but still don't know if all customers (older then 30) will appreciate this. This is not a bad hotel but the Helios Hotel in Almunecar is significantly better overall. And that is even a 3 star hotel.

All staff very friendly, helpful, approachable. Was upgraded to a premium on arrival. Hotel & our room was spotlessly clean. We stayed half board food was excellent & plenty of choice. Very enjoyable stay thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel . The room were we in was very nice and modern . The cleaning lady was very nice and did a super job on our room ever day. The reception staff were lovely to deal with . We we very happy with our stay . Food was also lovely. Location of the hotel is very central . We had a great few days

Staff at reception for check in, checking out, advice, accomodating any specific requests or queries; were superb. Really kind, warm, and welcoming while keep high standards of professionalism. Bedroom & overall hotel cleanliness was good standard. Outdoor swimming pool is lovely facility. Location is ideal in a very central in Llorent de Mar, very convenient for walking distances to big amenities.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Helios Hotel in Lloret de Mar Spain. The hotel is centrally allocated, very very clean, modern and a great atmospher. The hotel offers so many facilities from pool, spa, gym, restaurant, good food choices, bar and a great variety of entertainment. Our room was beautiful, spacious with a balcony and we love the little detail that the hotel put together, (couple of free drinks, a small pack of macarons, the little bottle of their traditional olive oil and the welcoming card) that was a beautiful touch. We would like to thank all the staff who were just amazing but we would like to thank especially the hotel reception team who were always smiling and helpful, Juan, Susanna, Aleksandra And Also a big thanks to the bar staff: Kiko, Jose, juan who were always friendly, We loved our cocktails. Last but not least big thank you to the team leader Anwar and the Operations Manager of the hotel Olaya. for making our stay a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back. 😀

Stayed here for a short break with my partner, hotel was very clean, room was ready upon arrival so could check in early, bathroom had shower gel and hairdryer, staff on reception very friendly. Booked a standard room and balcony was overlooking the street, room good size and not noisy as i thought it would be given the location opposite bars/clubs. Very close to beach and bars/old town on doorstep, coastal walk was amazing both ways! Nice touch to have complimentary water, crisps and a thank you note in room. Pool was cleaned daily and fresh water so cold but refreshing with enough sun beds etc….breakfast was good with plenty of choice, cereals, pastries, hot food inc bacon, eggs etc everything you could want really. All in all a good stay, would return.
