Unfortunately upon arriving, I was given the key to a room that a family was already staying in (thank goodness they weren’t in when I opened the door).
I was then given another room which looked like it had not been cleaned since the last guest checked out.
The front desk attendant helping me out that night was very kind and apologetic about the whole thing. On the third try, he went to check the room himself beforehand, so it worked out in the end.
It seems to have been some errors in the system which I can’t be mad at, but the whole ordeal was quite irritating and tiring.
The new attendant the next morning was great as well, she helped me find something I lost.
Overall, it seems that the staff are doing fine but maybe the system/facilities are lacking.
