Wear the helmet! Left at the door of the hotel, except for a little beach, there are no other features. On the right side of the door there is a restaurant near a relatively large port. Very good! There is also Alfamat supermarket nearby, things are cheap! There are a lot of snorkeling on the road that can be ordered to South Gili! The scenery is super good, the focus is no one! We packed a local spider boat for 1350k for 6 hours! Tired to spit! We are passing by a different hotel! It is estimated that it is cheap to talk to local people!

My wife and I recently stayed for a night at the new Amazing Lombok resort in South Lombok, and the name says it all! The staff and owners are amazingly welcoming, the room was amazingly tasteful, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect, fridge, USB outlets, coffee/tea maker, water and my personal favorite, wash cloths :-) The bed was comfortable and being away from the bustle makes for a quiet, relaxing vacation night. Yes, there are a few resorts here with beach view, but personally, I really loved the 360 degree jungle and hill views you get at Amazing Lombok. Feels like an oasis to come home to, after a good exploration and beach day. And then the food - we had a Belgian special dish, vol au vent. Puff pastries filled with a creamy combination of chicken, meatballs and mushrooms, served with salad and true to the Belgian owners, excellent fries. Add a nice bottle of Malbec (which was quite affordable) and we had a nice date night with a view of the great saltwater pool. We tried all the desserts, and I’d order every one of them again. The light and airy cheese cake, served over fresh fruit was my favorite! Mobile phone connectivity is an issue here as in a few places across Lombok, but the resort has fast internet available and kept us connected anytime.

Nice villa in the jungle. Some part of the villa (specially master bathroom / open air shower is too open with a broken bamboo gate, it surely needs to be fixed and the lighting can be improved so it could be 5☆ and nicer; This Villa is so amazing & heart melting, Although the road is still very narrow & hard to go through specially at night, but living 3 nights at the villa is perfectly nice & comfortable. Only thing missing is TV 🤭
