Horrible service, bad hygiene, very badly planned rooms. Rooms has a direct viewnfor PPL who passed so we were on full display not tinted film or plants for privacy. Don't book this ever. Even the blankets were stinking . The the breakfast idli was stale

Upper Deck Resort the Best hotel in Lonavala starting from the entrance, you can park your car and the hotel will pick you up, As the the hotel is situated on the top of hill it was thrilling ride. when we reached the resort there was warm welcome. the room allotted was neat and clean we enjoyed a lot in the pool. there is deck in resort just like titanic, you can have photo shoot and selfies. The food was included in package and it was delicious and the service was excellent.

The management of the hotel is pathetic. The only positive about the property is its location everything else is below a 1 star hotel. Rooms are dirty, not maintained at all, smelly, bedding is dirty, furniture in the room is ill maintained. They dont give towels unless asked 4-5 times, they dont even give water in the room unless asked . We were a group of around 18 folks and our experience was very bad. They were just trying to extract money from us by saying this is not part of your package, that is not part of your package. Food tastes so bad , its not worth to eat at the property. They have no option for room service or ala carte, all we can get is a buffet which is whopping 2000 + taxes which has limited food options. In general we will get that kind of buffet in 300-400. They dont have sufficient staff to even help with the luggage. The attitude of the management is really bad, it seems they dont know what customer experience is and doesnt seem to care at all for their customers. We spoke multiple times to their management and staff and they were so stubborn and ill behaved. The room rent is 7000k in off season which is unacceptable for the kind of property they have. I would not recommend this property to anyone , there are much better hotels and resorts in Lonavala with a much better package. Please dont waste your money on this property . If you are going for a view , please visit other points in Lonavala but dont stay in this resort . More than waste of money , they will test your patience.

Pathetic service and staff in this facility. They are very stubborn in nature and treat their guests with No-Care attitude. There was not even a single experience that was pleasant to be called out. Never again this place in my travel plans.

The location is amazing, away from the crowd of the market yet quite accessible if you have your own vehicle. The property and rooms are both clean but the upholstery and the beddings can use an overhaul. Service is where the property loses the majority of its points. It's patchy at best. There is no room cleaning in case you are living more than a night, so no refill of the coffee/tea tray and it took 4 calls & more than an hour to get them to deliver sachets of coffee. Restaurant service is similarly patchy. No cutlery or napkins on the table. They are left out in the buffet line, like a wedding buffet. I wouldn't have minded it had it not 1250+taxes per meal. At the cost I expect better service . Same can be said for the rooms, at 30% lesser cost, I wouldn't have minded the aged beddings or improper service but the premium they charge deserves better service!!

It was great time to spend small trip at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala For nature lover is the best site to spend holiday or vacation nearby Mumbai and Pune Peacefull climate, clean environment and beautyful view will remains memorable one Will see again Team Upper Deck

Have attended company’s offsite, it is a good place with banquet facility and scenic view. It's a really amazing Resort on the Mountain. Most amazing food I experienced. Good food caring staffs, over all experience fantastic. will come back with the family again Thank You

We drive all the way from Pune to lonavala, once we reach to Upper Deck resort we got suprise by its beauty, road was narrow but once you reach to lonavala you will forget all your stress, it beautiful location with good food and service, staff is helpful.

We stayed in cottage room last week, it was good atmosphere, scenic beauty was mind-blowing, staff was helpful, cottage have beautiful breathtaking view, food is good, for nature love it is the best location near Mumbai and Pune Will come back again

Once we arrived in the resort, we impressed by the wonderful ambience. Our cottage was spacious and beautiful mountain view, in the restaurant Mr. Dhondu gives special attention to take of care of our meals. We have small guided nature trek in the evening which was memorable one..

We enjoyed a lot star watching in night time. This place is out from city hustle. Peaceful place for rest. We got lake facing cottage room. We will never forgot upper decks hospitality. Staff is humble specially Shankar from housekeeping. Nice stay

It was the good trip to Lonavala l, specially in Upper Deck Resort, ambience is good, scenic view is mesmerizing, food, service all good, we enjoyed our vacation will come back again, we have visited in weekday so we got peacefully climate, no noise and splendid service.
