I checked in to the Fitzrovia Hotel, London on September 19th, 2022 accompanied by my teenage daughter. From booking our reservation with Ms Anne to our check out - I can only say, I was beyond impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and excellent service we experienced across the board. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia, only minutes from Oxford Street and other popular city locations. The decor is classic British style, rooms are comfortable and exceptionally well maintained, with top marks for cleanliness and hygiene. The staff, without exception, were excellent! Nothing was too much trouble and any requests were accommodated in a professional and timely manner. I must mention by name the dedicated and tireless efforts of several outstanding staff members, who went above and beyond to make our stay at The Fitzrovia, memorable, for all the right reasons. Ms Francilla, Ms Nirmali and Mr Nick were as charming as they were professional, always happy to ensure our stay was comfortable and were especially helpful when our stay necessitated an unexpected extension of 7 additional nights. Each morning, we were warmly greeted and attended to by pleasant and friendly wait-staff, Ms Petranca and Mr Sulav who ensured we had everything our hearts could desire at breakfast. The delicious complimentary buffet breakfast boasted a wide selection of choices to suit everyone, from healthy options to the irresistible full English. Other staff members who must be commended for their outstanding service, during our stay were; Ms. Atilliyah, Ms. Nimah, Ms. Virginia, Mr. Johann, Puttun and Mr Lassita all of whom contributed to our exceptionally pleasant 10-night stay. The Housekeeping staff were highly efficient, though not intrusive and their dedication was evident in the pristine standards maintained in the bathroom and bedroom. The Fitzrovia rooms are a comfortable size, some can accommodate up to 3 guests and many of the bathrooms were recently renovated. There is a safe in each guest room, bottled water is also provided as well as in house Wi-Fi. There are 2 elevators, a cosy bar on the ground level and a well laid out restaurant on the lower ground level. The concierge is always eager to assist guests with luggage or reserve a taxi for a pre-arranged time. I extend our sincere appreciation to the entire Fitzrovia Hotel team for looking after us so well. I highly recommend this fine hotel and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Lady Aquarius. We were in London for my step-son to donate his stem cells to Anthony Nolan. This hotel was the absolute ideal location for us getting to and from the hospital. Location: 15 minute uber from Kings cross. 10 minute walk from Madame Tussauds and Regent's Park. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The Metropolitan (next to Tussauds) was lovely for dinner. Baker Street underground here also. Check in: smooth and quick. Staff were lovely. Check out: easy and quick. Restaurant: Beautiful. We only ate breakfast, which was your usual buffet, cereal, pancakes, toast, yogurts, fruit etc. Food was delicious and the staff very helpful. Room: lovely, spacious, clean and quiet. There was a desk, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. If you forget any toiletries, speak to reception. We forgot our toothbrushes and they hotel provided these for us. Bathroom was spotless (shower isn't very powerful). There are plenty lifts to get you to your room. The lift requires you to tap your key card to make it move (we had a laugh as we didn't realise this). We ended up having to stay an extra night in London. When speaking to the hotel, they could give us an additional night for £400. I definitely wouldn't pay that for 1 night, but if you can get a cheaper rate, we recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a family room, not far from Oxford circus station, about 8 minutes walk. It is more convenient to travel, and it is also within half an hour from the British Museum, Regent’s Park, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Selfridges Department Store and so on.

On arrival the check in desk was extremely busy however they were really quick! We were over an hour early and as the rooms were ready they gave us the keys straight away! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Location was perfect!!! And a 2 minute walk to the dominion theatre to see sister act!! Rooms are small but they had everything we needed for a weekend break. Shower was powerful with plenty of heat. Only criticism is there was no cups to put ice in by the machines and tv channels weren’t the best as they kept buffering. Will definitely stay here again .

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

Although the room is old, it is clean, breakfast is very good, location is very convenient, close to the subway station, convenient shopping around, delicious Chinese and Western restaurants are easily accessible, not far away, especially recommended!

I booked a bed in a female dormitory quadruple room. The photos are similar to what I saw at the time of booking. There are toilets / showers in the room. There are public toilets and showers outside, but there are no toilet products and no slippers, only hands. Liquid, if you want to buy toiletries yourself. There are four cabinets at the door. The 24-inch wide box is not easy to put in. The small one is fine. The cabinet door has a lock table and a lock. You must bring a small lock (the lock ring can be within 6mm in diameter). The buffet breakfast has to add another 5 pounds, but there are not many types. I can only say that there are no eggs. The main food is only toast and croissant. The toast has to be roasted by itself and the oatmeal (soaked milk) that locals love. There are two self-service kitchens on the negative ground floor. Kettles and refrigerators must be prepared by themselves. There are some fresh-keeping box lunches in the nearby supermarkets. Those who are not in a hurry can buy hot food, or you can buy vegetables to return to yourself. It's very convenient. On the negative ground floor, there is a luggage storage room and a washing machine room (a hair dryer is also in the washing machine room). Those who do n’t have valuables can save their luggage without coin deposit, and those who have important items can deposit 3 pounds into the locker door. The washing machine must be used for a fee. I haven't used it yet. The photos are for your reference. The power sockets on this side are all such big triangles, which need to be equipped with conversion heads. In addition to being a bit noisy, the overall feeling is good, safer than expected, so I booked a bed on the night of January 27th. Two flaws, one is that the elevator often fails, but the room where I live, the shower of the hot water pipe is too old, it is difficult to prevent the hair from getting wet. But if you shampoo by the way, it's fine.

Hotel service is very good, we arrived at 12 o'clock, arranged for us to stay in advance, the room was small but there was no way to be tight, and it took about ten minutes to go to a famous department store in the UK. This location is suitable for buying and buying. Good place to go shopping

Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.
