The Langham London

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive. Checked in early and the room was ready. Amenities in the bathroom - dental kit, shaving kit and shower cap. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all smelt fabulous. Everything was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bellboy, Concierge, Doormen and Reception Staff were all fantastic. Bathrooms downstairs were a luxury. Pool was small but spotless clean. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The poorest service I have ever had in my life, rude and disrespectful staff, unnecessarily mean and intentionally disrespectful, to the point even any cheaper inn or motel would have better service and attitude. I would never use this hotel again despite its great location.

Service was attentive and intuitive and location was in the heart of London. You would expect some of the staff to be potentially snobbish; but they were all very accommodating, friendly and warm - a true standout in London :) they sell the Langham candle at reception and makes a great memento

Awesome housekeeping and possible the BEST bed I’ve ever had and so quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and the special touches! Room service and afternoontea was great too.

Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future. During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work. Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev,who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Everything was perfect

The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.
