I was upgraded to a room that had a view as the one I was given originally faced a brick wall and with the new room was not disappointed. The room is well appointed but the reason I don't give it the highest marks for a 4star hotel is because if you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to get dressed and go down the corridor because they have decided to take away ammenities like personal kettles. I get they have replaced these things with 2 amps that you can plug a guitar into but there were no instructions when I tried to look it up (and I play guitar). It would be better served with a DAB radio and a kettle or some other sort of modern way to get hot water. Other than that, loved the products and the staff were really lovely and funny! Beautiful hotel, great location and very comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negatives would be that the room was smaller than I was expecting, and the downstairs bar is very pricey!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. I forgot to take pictures. Although the room is a bit small, it is highly recommended. It is clean and has a public area for making tea. You can get hot water and make all kinds of free tea. It is very clean and very convenient. It is only 5 minutes away from the subway. I live in the embassy and The affluent area of Notting Hill is very safe. There are many supermarkets and restaurants. The bar downstairs of the hotel is uniquely decorated. It is close to Notting Hill Bookstore and Kensington Palace. It is better than other places where I stayed in every aspect. I stayed here for six consecutive years. sky

I really like this hotel. I chose it for a long time because I couldn't check in the dormitory in advance and had to transition for four nights. The price is really worth it. The room is new and super clean. It's very spacious for one person. The floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains and you can see the street view directly inside. There are two Marshall speakers (although I only learned to use the smaller one)
Check-in at the front desk is semi-automatic, very friendly to people with social anxiety, and check-out is more convenient. Just put your room card in the mailbox at the front desk. I really like this management model. Before I left, I chatted with the staff and said that I came from Ctrip. When I placed the order, there were not many reviews, so I felt like I had found a treasure.
