Hotel has always been to my requirements staff very respectful and everything is spot on the only thing is the room interior especially bathroom is getting tired. I been staying here for over 10years.

Was here for a transit. Good location as it’s near the city and Victoria train station. Took a Uber around and it’s very convenient the hotel rate is reasonable and comfortable bed

Took advantage of the great location of the Park Plaza Victoria London hotel to walk to Buckingham Palace, alongside with different restaurants and theatres nearby. But what makes this trip even more wonderful is the superb service of the staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit London!

There were multiple public transportation options (bus&underground) near hotel. It was very convenient. Room condition was great too.
