Concept was a good idea but the water system really ******. Took 4 flushes just to get paper down. The shower only had scalding water so was impossible to take a shower for three days. You need a sign that says private boat as we had to tell people it was not part of the floating park. Very noisey at night also might check into rats around the boat it was just not enjoyable at all

What a great place to spend an evening! The Boathouse was a little gem that made our last night in London extra fun. The property worked well for 4 people including 2 teens. Everything was so well done and the check-in process was very easy. We had a lovely stay at the Boathouse and will definitely return!

Incredibly unique location that was perfect for a family of 4. A little busy during the day, but amazing to have the space in the park and square to yourself at night. Easy walk to Paddington Station and lots of restaurants nearby along the canal

This was so unique and nice. Easy enough to get to a tube station or hail a taxi. Was very comfortable and got hot from the heaters as well. We wished we stayed there longer. I wish there was more privacy for the bathroom and, I guess as would come with a boat, the plumbing is a bit cumbersome but it's all good and the bath was so nice!
