4.5/5ExcellentIt was clean and we felt safe there! Breakfast was good too. The water pressure is great. There was soap in the bathroom and shower. Within walking distance to a convenience store.

4.7/5OutstandingCheck-in and check out we're easy. It's very well located, just 5min from Russel Square Station. The room was clean and comfy, the bed was awesome. They provided soap, shampoo, hair dryer and towels. It is a great cost benefit, for its location! They also have free luggage storage. Would definitely come back!

4.5/5ExcellentStayed just one night with my daughter in a twin room. Close to Euston station(10min on foot) and Russel square(5min on foot), clean. Seems very busy all the time at the counter as it’s a human check in not machine check in. But you can just drop the card key when you’re leaving. Has a shop at the ground floor but it’s quite pricy so if you’re on a tight budget I recommend to go to the shop across the road which is selling some souvenirs too. Room has no bath tub but it was ok for one night city stay.
