Having stayed in some beautiful hotels worldwide, this is definitely on our return list. Although we are Londoners, we stayed here for a friend’s getaway. The decoration, food, amenities and rooms are lovely; however, above all else is the service. Nothing was too much of a problem; we were well looked after, and a special mention to Julia, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you to all at The Other House

This hotel is AMAZING. We booked through prive luxury travel, at their recommendation and boy were they not wrong! Book here - you won’t regret it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - and a special thanks to Julia (from the restaurant team as she took such special care of me and my friend over breakfast!) truly, loved this place. Indeed one of the best lounge experience. Cocktail guys Andrea, Guru and Sandra are my guys. Very accommodating, extremely professional and the touch is classic. I keep coming back.

A solid choice in a great location. Hotel is stylish and comfortable. It is very conveniently located in London. Housekeeping was sketchy. They missed one day. On another day they left their phone, which we found plugged into our charging device- not cool. But overall this hotel is a reasonably good choice.

I go sometimes to have a drink In this beautiful hotel it’s a very cozy place plus the team at the bar are great specially Helen and Andrea. The sharing plates are exquisite and the cocktails selection is super !! Must try if you are around South Kensigton.

As a regular visitor, I expected far superior customer service from this establishment. I requested to cancel a reservation, which was made without a cancellation option, due to an emergency, and the property flat-out refused. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I assure you, this visit will be my last.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in south Kensington, we loved our room and all the facilities, the pool area was amazing never too busy, great service and atmosphere. Would come back soon.

Stumbled upon this fabulous hidden gem in the heart of South Ken. Great public and room decor, comfortable room, friendly staff and sustainability focus. Make sure you get a drink in the Owl and Monkey, simply outstanding.

The Other House is a fantastic hotel and membership club. I have regularly meetings in their conference facilities and the service as well as decor is first class. Location is great. Value for money is top for London. Guru is a star at the bar.
