Bathroom door didn't latch shut, tv didn't work, had to wait a while for hot water, kind of a musty smell in room, we could have dealt with all of that. But then on our 2nd night our ceiling started leaking from the rain. So at 11:30 pm, we had to pack everything up and switch rooms. We paid $700 for 2 nights for the 2 room suite. For that kind of money I expected better. The maintenance/housekeeping people came right away to check the leak, and they were apologetic but somewhat shocked like they didn't believe us before they saw it. The front staff didn't seem overly concerned or apologetic at all. And apparently the manager was out of country so they told us there was nothing that could be done until they were back. There was no concern or urgency. Because I booked through ******* the hotel said there's nothing they can do about a refund. ******* is being helpful and is currently trying to contact the hotel manager to help us out.
