Superb location in the city centre area. Nice room but a little noisy from outside. All the staff here are very friendly. Appreciated the wonderful service and warm hospitality of all the staff here: Bird, Keo, Wan, Te, Saeng & Mim. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

酒店入住check in 時恨貼心的送上涼茶跟冰淇淋還有毛巾，其他酒店也會送吃的，一般都是小餅乾老撾特色糯米，沒有貼心到送上冰淇淋給客人緩解對於老撾炙熱天氣的不適應。酒店房間也送了老撾特色糯米點心跟水果。
酒店房間就在老城市中心，其實去哪裡都很方便。可能有些人會覺得吵鬧無法入眠，個人覺得還算安靜。但是酒店也很貼心的送上眼罩跟耳塞。
酒店房間有東南亞的風格，整體來說還算乾淨。唯一小小的缺點就是貌似浴缸上的肥皂等沒清理替換過，貌似連包裝紙在長期沖洗下發了霉，入住時浴缸有些許咖啡色液體污漬需要自己清洗。
酒店人員很友善，幫忙安排了隔天早晨的布施體驗活動，還幫忙拍照留念。另外也提前幫忙安排好去火車站的TuTu車。
酒店物超所值，很划算的酒店。服務好過我前一晚另一家酒店的五星酒店服務。若有機會重返當地，會再次預訂此酒店。

👍🏻酒店服務非常好。原來定的另一家，臨時改的這家。在沒有收到訂單確認的情況下酒店就開始幫我們辦理入住了，大熱天端上了冰飲和冰激凌，太貼心了。酒店還有免費自行車供客人使用。
😋早飯品種很多，直接拿着單子點就可以了。昨晚邊上bar很吵，第二天早飯的時候經理詢問我們入住體驗，並對昨晚的喧鬧道歉，為我們安排了免費巴士到車站。走的時候還出來送行，感受太讚了～

五天四晚的琅勃拉邦之旅，分別入住3 Nagas的美景閣和幽靜別緻的索菲特。🏨
首先是3 Nagas，位置無比優越，步行至夜市、皇宮和各大寺廟均在10分鐘以內。他們的甜品不愧是人間特供，強烈推薦！🍰
接着是Sofitel，這家酒店的法國殖民時期建築風格本身就是一道風景，房間性價比極高，私人庭院和泡池把私密性和鬆弛感拉滿，非常適合悠閑度假。酒店內還有兩衹可愛的兔子自由穿梭，增添了不少樂趣。🐰臨走前嘗試了10分鐘的免費按摩，手法精準，有些小遺憾沒來一個全身Massage。
兩家酒店的早餐都非常豐盛，感謝Keilli和其team貼心的服務。並且，因為同樣隸屬於雅高達酒店集團，酒店之間有免費擺渡車和自行車可供使用。總之，無論是city walk還是享受安寧，這兩家都是極佳的選擇！🍽️

訂的雙床房沒了，在大床房加了一個小床，房間衞生很乾凈，木地板打掃得亮堂堂的，陽台很大。衞生間設施略有些老化了。地理位置非常好，清晨參與佈施下樓就行，完了還可以回房睡回籠覺，專門為了這個位置訂的美憬閣。服務員都很好，春節期間穿上旗袍氛圍拉滿。酒店還提供了免費自行車，可以騎着到處逛。總的來説對此行非常滿意。
