Rude! Filthy! Trashy! Avoid this place like the plague! Book and paid for room in advance. We are a family of 3 traveling with a child on a cross country road trip and booked here for a one night rest over. We were coming in late from driving 8hrs and had delays due to car problems making our arrival very late. I called in advance to make them aware of our circumstance and they said they would not let us check in late. I had to called the corporate office and after an hour of back and forth phone calls and begging them, they let us stay. At this point, we felt like we were an imposition but had little choice. we arrived exhausted around 1:30AM. Then I spent another hour in the room cleaning it. Luckily, I brought sanitizer and Lysol with us. Hairs and grime everywhere: on doors, door handles, beds and sheets, dirty bathtub, floor, sink area- just filth in various surfaces around the room. Room/AC smelt bad. Slept 4 hrs with one eye open. Bring your Lysol, the big can because you’re going to need it if you stay here. Better off at a rest stop sleeping in your car. Fact!

The property seemed average overall It wasn't terrible odd worn out items throughout...toilet seat flaking apart gave a souring effect Events in the city caused the price to be elevated there are better properties for the price, but if there's limited availability it was OK

Great experience sheets and towels were changed daily this has become my go to hotel for Lubbock

It was very dirty and the night desk receptionist was rude and just didn’t care it smelled funny and she wouldn’t service us she just kept going out to smoke and the breakfast was old the butter was spoiled and the sausage wasn’t cooked and it was terrible to exspensive of a price it was terrible the towels and floors was dirty I had to wipe everything down with bleach wipes and Lysol it was in bad shape and since it was non refundable I couldn’t do anything cause they don’t care it was horrible and if I was anyone I wouldn’t stay there at all they had 3 pillows and the tubs and toilet was dirty it was just terrible

The front seat attendent was not “helpful” at all. He was simply not kind. He didn’t seem as if he wanted to help me. Then my room 222 had roaches. There was one by the door lock and another in the sink. My toilet wasn’t cleaned. My fathers room 122 had a dirty toilet too. And there was brown spots on the wall like poop.

Shampoo and conditioner were used. Had to ask for extra bedding for the pull-out couch - wasn't in room. Toilet seat was worn out - chipped. Just expected better from a brand name.

Person who was supposed to check us in was in the dining room painting her nails with a girlfriend. We stood there for at least 5 minutes even though she saw us waiting. When she finally came over she seemed put out to check us in. There was also coffee spilled all over in front of and inside the elevator causing a slip hazard. The check in person walked right past it twice but did nothing. My husband overheard other guests saying that the floors on the second level had cereal, etc spilled all over them and it took awhile for someone to come clean it.

This was a last minute booking due to a change of plans in itinerary - was looking for a convenient location (off the frwy) - the desk agent was less than happy when we arrived at 11p - bathroom floor had not been mopped - and the towels looked like my husbands garage rags!!! VERY THIN AND NOT WHITE - KINDA GREY LOOKING??? Thank goodness i had my own lush towels with me!!! Would I stay there again - no

The hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. We parked in the front of the hotel and they cut grass. There was grass all over our car which we were not happy about that. We will have to get our car washed when we get home. There was a nice variety of breakfast options. They had milk, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, and the batter to make your own waffles which was yummy. The time for breakfast was 6am-9-am. Oh they did have coffee and juice. The bed was good. The ac worked great. The bathroom was nice and clean. When you were in the shower it felt like it might give way in the middle of the tub. I just stood in the front or back of the tub. The towels were fine. You do get a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave in the room and everything worked well. You get a couch in the room. It had a little peninsula table that worked good for cards. Overall we would stay there again.
