The staff was incredibly nice. They were quick and prompt for my check in and check out.
The area had a smell of body odor, but the next morning it didn't smell.
It is a college town, and not too far from farming so that may attribute to the smell. I know Dalhart, TX is big in dairies and that is the smell you get when you stay there.

They didnt advise us the poo and hot tub was CLOSED and being renovated and in the room there was a roach crawling on the bed by my daughters head while she was laying down.

Swimming pool and hot tub is closed for construction which would have been nice if the property would have some kind of update on their ******* profile to inform their customers about the current construction. The swimming pool and hot tub was the reason why I booked the hotel.

Cable was not working. Didn’t have extra linens. We got a suite for 6 people and only gave us 3 towels. During breakfast they didn’t have plates. Only bowls.

The room had a stale smell. The room needs a new mattress. The air conditioning took forever to cool down. Not impressed and definitely not worth the $264 I paid. It’s more of a $99 a night room.

I felt terribly overcharged and we were given one worn-out hand towel for 5 people. There were stains on all furniture. For 300.00 a night, I expect a whole lot more!!!

The room had a horrible smell. Thankfully my mom brought febreeze and Lysol. I had a candle but it did not cover the awful smell completely. 300 was a ridiculous price for a nasty smelling room.
The phone was not working and disgusting when I picked it up to try and call the front desk.

We checked in around 10pm. Our hotel room was dirty. There were hairs on the only 2 bath towels in our bathroom. Lots of hair on the floors and in the corner. There was an old, wet paper towel of some kind on the side of the tub. The room smelled musty and the mattress was lumpy. We bought air fresheners. We were in town for Parents Weekend at Tech. It was just my husband and I so we struggled through it but had rates everywhere not been sky-high for the family event, we would have changed hotels on day 1. Do not stay if you have kids crawling/walking on the floor or that want to touch everything. There was a roach in our sink when we checked in and I saw another one in the lobby.

Dirty, noisy, linens is terrible condition (stained and torn). I will not be staying here again.
