Hotel is very well run, managed and maintained.
The reception front desk : Ms Gao, Ms. Guo and Bei Bei were extremely helpful and nice . They helped us with tour recommendation and even gave us a hotel room upgrade.
We had a great stay.

The room was very big, tidy and very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is located quite far from the main attractions but there’s a bus stop in front of it. Recommended!

來洛陽出差的話經常來住，房間還是免查房免按金的，房間內的衞生也很乾凈，酒店服務人員都很熱情，挺不錯的礦泉水是自取不限量，房間挺大很寬敞，前台小高服務很熱情周到，有地下停車場可以免費停車 會推薦給身邊朋友的。

之前來住過一次，這次來直接選擇這家，附近吃飯地方很多，味道不錯，價位也很平價。樓層很高，很安靜～，隔音也很高，對睡眠有保證。這次來吃早餐還嚐到河南的特色菜變蛋，口感Q彈，回去還在網上給家人買了點，前台小姐姐（靜靜冰冰），熱情大方，給我們詳細介紹了洛陽景點，還介紹了漢服，由於行程來不及體驗，不過來日方長，為這家酒店真心點贊。

節假日帶孩子來洛陽玩得，房間面積很大，投影儀好像使用感不太好，可能設備該更新了，前台服務都很熱情，早餐也很豐盛，牛肉湯，還有免費的老冰棍，退房還送了洛陽的鮮花餅，淳淳
