商家的服務態度相當好，老闆夫婦非常熱情，給我們介紹洛陽的旅遊攻略，指示附近的交通設施和生活場所。客棧雖然離市中心有十多公里，但是交通比較方便，公交車站就在客站的門口，叫網約車也比較方便。房間寬敞明亮衞生，我們住得很舒適。一住就是一個星期。是性價比很高的一次體驗，給予五星評價。

五一市內房都沒得訂了，這個唯一比較近還價錢便宜一點的，壞境還好，這個價錢可以了。唯一不太好的就是廁所有點簡陋，馬桶抽水箱沒蓋，洗髮水和沐浴露合在一起用。喝熱水要去一樓熱水房倒，有個壺。空調衹會開涼風……不過我們也用不到。老闆娘人很好很熱情，跟我們説怎麼去景點，臨走還送我們一人一瓶飲料。住這裏晚上沒公交了要在市區打車！！！電車超出服務區騎不了，在這踩了坑差點步行回去……由於比較偏打車還蠻貴的……總體來説還是不錯噠
