非常喜歡的酒店，環境衞生都很不錯，尤其是客房服務員的服務非常到位，湖景房夜色還是不錯的，早餐很豐盛，前台服務員態度很好，五星酒店的服務絕對到位，
歡迎水果:水果味道不錯
晚安牛奶:很適合晚上安神

智能化不足，熱水水温不穩定，洗衣房簡陋，設施舊了，五星有點牽強。前台服務態度非常不好，同一個問題問幾次都不搭理，讓我等等再問，好，我等他忙完再問時，竟然讓我問其他人，直接不理我了！我就問哪裡有吃飯的地方而已，至於嘛

一進門前台服務生周到熱情，幫忙搬行李，房間寬敞明亮，大浴缸非常舒服，自帶泡浴袋小了，酒店給了專用的，超讚！早餐豐盛，味道很好，還給了歡迎水果和晚安牛奶。早晨還看到皮划艇運動員訓練，蠻有意思的😀

酒店位置優越，離2號地鐵站大概五百米，房間很大，窗外的風景也很好，最最主要的是客房的服務特別好，每次出門回來後，房間都會被打掃的乾乾淨淨，純凈水也補了很多，給個贊，下次來洛陽還會入住，早餐也很可口哦

房間衞生不行，第一天入住就感覺房間不乾淨身上一直癢，第二天睡醒後腿上被咬了一個個小包，不像蚊子倒像是跳蚤之類咬的。小朋友臉上腿上也被咬了。提出問題後，前台態度還是可以的，但請示後酒店衹給出以優惠折扣換一間房的解決方法。説實話這種解決方案我是不認可的，但帶着小朋友懶得去爭論，最後第二天以698一晚的價格換了一件房（第一晚房費原價照付）。
酒店在一個體育中心內，臨湖而建，以湖景作為賣點，但自動窗簾一拉開，落地玻璃窗很臟影響視線。泳池也不是酒店內自帶，而是在出門左後方的健身游泳館內，設施和早餐都一般，晚飯我們都是去對面的鉑瑞解決的。除了門口有人專門開車門主動幫忙提行李，前台態度不錯之外，綜合非常一般，我也不知道是怎麼排上洛陽前三的。另外，酒店新牙膏打開后里麪居然是發黑的！這是我住那麼多酒店以來第一次碰到…
