首先，前台的服務態度很差，語氣很兇，還有對於客人的需求的迴應進行欺詐戲弄，本來那時候就已經快12點了，我們大家都很累，還因為天氣不好渾身都是濕的，在她的服務下我們來遊玩的心情變得更加不好了，而且帳篷裏的被褥也有味道，蓋的也不舒服，整個帳篷的話一米八的勉勉強強睡的下會有點擠。
