Very average hotel with average service however the concierge service was better than most areas of the hotel. Breakfast quality and selections were not up to other Hilton hotels’ standards. Overall hotel facilities were old and need renovations. The good point of this hotel was the pool area and pool cafe were memorable and with a nice atmosphere.

Room service needs an improvement, food was not ok
Facilities are great with spectacular views of Nile river and pool is awesome
The staff (concierge and room service) are always expecting tips even you pay for service charges already.

The facility and rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay. The view of the Nile from the pool was also great, especially at sunset!
It's a little far from the center of Luxor, but the reception was able to call a taxi for us right away and the price was fixed, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

Let’s all stay here to watch the beautiful early morning hot air balloons! The hot air balloons started to rise one after another at about half past six. I saw it at half past seven, and I was really satisfied. The price is low, it’s really a great value for money!

The hotel on the Nile River really has a strong sense of vacation. Although the location is not in the downtown area, it is very quiet and very close to the newly opened bridge across the river. It is very convenient to visit attractions on the west bank. Overall, it is good.
