"The bedding and cleanliness were good. However, the details of the facilities were just okay. There was a nail sticking out inside the closet, possibly due to poor finishing, and I cut my hand a little. This was quite unusual for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast wasn't anything special. When I visited, there were hardly any Indian guests, yet Indian food was served every day. There was no Korean or Japanese food."

"It’s my first time staying at Swissôtel Clark, and it was a great experience. The room is nice, and the food is delicious. The staff are very welcoming, and the pool is amazing definitely one of the best hotel pools in Clark! It’s really good to be here. I’ll definitely be back soon."

"My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out. Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently."

"We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay."
