The most unacceptable thing is that the central air conditioner was turned off until midnight. The room was 28 degrees Celsius, the bed was thick, and the child's whole body was hot and wet. Fortunately, there was no cold. Communicating in the morning, the front desk said it was raining outside and it was cool. 5. We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.
