This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

Overall a very good, comfortable stay, excellent coffee, large room, friendly service, special praise for Patrícia Santos, very helpful with guests. Points to note, from my point of view: there is a lack of *****es on the do not disturb doors, and the pool area could have more attendants…

Atendimento péssimo, parece que a atendente que está fazendo favor para o turista, vc chega cheio de mala, não estão nem aí para você. Você que tem que fazer o próprio check-in. Não quiseram nem esperar eu chegar no quarto para retirar o documento físico que estava na mala, não aceitando a CNH digital. Bloquearam o Wi-Fi enquanto eu não apresentasse o documento físico.

Atendimento PEEFEITO, no geral muito bom o quarto estava pingando água do ar condicionado

De modo geral, a estadia foi satisfatoria, achei que os colchoes ja passaram da hora de serem trocados, a internet nao funciona direito, mas os funcionarios sao todos muito atenciosos. A localizacao é otima, e eu voltaria a me hospedar

A mais de 10 anos se hospedamos no Atlântico, minha filha era pequena, agora retornamos com ela com 14 anos. Nos surpreendeu principalmente a conservação e limpeza.

Passamos apenas uma noite mas o quarto é muito bom, amplo, confortável e limpo. Café da manhã bom, só senti falta de algo melhor para crianças brincarem.

Hotel é bem espaçoso, boa localização, porém é um hotel antigo, nada que interfira com os quartos que tem um espaço excelente e banheiro muito bom. Bom custo benefício.

Excelente, quarto confortável, só achei café da manhã um pouco fraco, o Wi-Fi também não é muito bom não, no mas tudo certo!

Excelente infraestrutura e atendimento! Linda vista para a praia de Jatiúca, além de ótima localização.

Hotel antigo porém funcional. A suite plus é bastante espaçosa. A piscina é bem cuidada e com boa profundidade. O café da manhã é muito bom e a opção de meia pensão (jantar) é conveniente. A comida em geral é boa. O atendimento dos colaboradores, em especial o Breno, é excelente.
