Property was shutting down for the winter. Staff was friendly and helpful. The position of bed (2 queens) and the nightlight incorporated into hairdryer shown on you while sleeping.

Clean and comfortable room. Little larger than most places have for a two queens type room. Within walking distance to Audie’s which was a super ideal dining experience (for being in such a tiny town)

everything was nice except when i did my shower, the washcloth from the last person that was there was still hanging on the shower rod behind the curtain...otherwise no complaints...

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to many restaurants and shops. The close proximity to the ferry shuttle was great too.

Sometimes attention to little things,easily done, turn a guest in a more positive state of mind. There are some things a hotel cannot change without a huge financial investment. Other things, like the general attitude of the staff, are easily changed and cost absolutely nothing to implement. The staff at this Baymont desperately needs a reorientation toward guests who actually create their (the staff's) jobs. Unfriendly. Unwelcoming. The breakfast was a 2.5 out of 5 and it would not have been that costly to provide a better guest experience. The pool area is in need of general appearance maintenance, but the hot tub was quite comfortable.The room was clean. The bathroom was presentable and we are always glad for a larger sink area (preferably outside the toilet and shower facilities).

We loved our room. Whole hotel was clean and we definitely recommend to anyone in the area! We love Baymont by Wyndham facilities!

Comfortable bed, second year staying here because good bed. We had a room that adjoined another room, had some trouble looking the adjoining door.

It was very clean,quiet,and affordable. I didnt like there was not to much dining places,and better food.

Ir was centally located, and within walking distance, to most of the Mackinaw City sites/shopping/dining options. The only thing we were unimpressed with was the shower head. It took a little extra time to get soap and shampoo rinsed off.

It was absolutely the best stay! Everyone very friendly! Our room was perfect and very comfortable! The lady at the front desk gave us excellent information about the ferry and it worked out so well. When we needed to cut our stay short by one day, they were very accommodating! We will stay there again!!!

The first morning the coffee was poorly made but the second morning it was really good. Other than that everything else was great!

The property is clean & presentable as first impression. The room is clean & spacious. The bed is sooo comfortable. The location is central to ferry shuttle bus, downtown, restaurants & shopping.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown Mackinaw City. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We even saw someone vacuuming the stairwell one day. We would definitely stay here again.

we liked the staff, very pleasant and professional we hated the toilet, it is a perfect size for a 3 year old. not something for the elderly or physically disabled people
