"# Disappointing Experience Rating: 2/5 stars My wife and I were thoroughly disappointed with our stay here. Despite its promising exterior ambiance, the hotel fell short in several key areas. *Room Quality* 1. *Cleanliness issues*: Stairs leading to our room were dirty and emitted unpleasant odors, reminiscent of a storage room. 2. *Poor maintenance*: Our room had numerous spider webs, dirty curtains, and lacked soundproofing. 3. *Flooding*: Rain caused water to seep into our room. 4. *Amenities*: No TV, and the CR was dirty with bad odors. *Amenities and Services* 1. *Pool*: Smaller than expected. 2. *Food*: Good 3. *Place and exterior ambience*: Good for team building. # Overall Considering the price, this hotel failed to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful getaway, I recommend this if you are having a team building for thier exterior place and ambience."

"Such a treat! We dive all over the world, service and food here was a cut above most dive resorts. Friendly staff, great food. Diving was luxurious, comfortable boats with warm face towels after each dive, dry towels around your shoulders, team will help with gear on and off, offer tea and coffee between dives, etc.. Dive guides very good at finding wildlife for my camera. If you tell them what you want to find, they will do amazing job searching for it. Frogfish and pipefish every day, Seahorse, cuttlefish, pygmy squid, octopus, Nudibranchs, and more. My dive guide was Vince, say hello if you go."

"Room is spacious and clean. Smells really nice. Big clean pool, comfy sunbeds, beach towels. Breakfast is OK, looks the same in all phillipine hotels. Parking slot. 3 mins to the beach - small one, there are a lot of boats, some ****, but possible to swim. 5 mins to poop caves( nice to swim inside) , 20 mins walking to central beach. Only one thing made upset - animals at the hotel. Dogs and especially cats look so bad, you can see all bones under the skin. Never have seen animals in such bad conditions around any hotel. Now I am at Moalboal, around me 3 cats are playing, sleeping around - so relaxing."

"The surrounding areas of the hotel is pretty but the facilities & services are poor. First, when we checked in, the front desk advised us that a senior discount could not be offered as the room rates are already discounted, as advertised outside. This is greatly wrong & cheating senior citizens. Second, the hotel room has water marks on the ceiling, broken floor in some areas in the room, calcium deposits on fixtures, stains on shower curtains, linens/towels are overused, no water bottles in the room, weak water pressure, furnitures are dated. Toilet seat was loose. Third, the senior discount in the restaurant is only 10%, which is cheating senior citizens. Food is just so-so. Furnitures in the lobby are dated. Bathrooms in the lobby need refurbishing."

"Beautiful resort with nice rooms, great view and tasty food only downside is beach is not that great considering it is Anda. Much better to go to a public beach than swim here. Also it takes 4 flights of stairs from the lobby/restaurant to the beach. Other than that, it was a good stay."
