The hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet and at a great price. You can't ask for more It is located in Mercadrid, which some scores negatively and I think it's a huge advantage for the safety of being in a watched premise and to which no one can access. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very clean and very clean. The staff is also very friendly and careful. As a point to improve something I have already read on several sites: breakfast is a little bit scarce but perfectly passable. Summary: Whenever I come back to Madrid I will stay here. So round.

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. Reasonable price, friendly staff and super willing to help you with whatever you need. Hotel open 24 hours a day, with 24-hour snack service in case you are hungry at any time of the day, there are also a couple of restaurants nearby that you can walk to, they have a vending machine, a buffet breakfast that is great for €7 you have variety and you can eat whatever you want. They have underground parking for €7 a day and an area available to park on the street for free if you want too.

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

Excellent location. Méndez Álvaro station is three blocks away and the line that takes you to the airport stops right there. The only issue is the outlet type. Only European, so bring your own adaptors. The bathroom has no real door. You close the shower and the toilet is open. Other than that, the hotel is really good. They lend you a hairdryer for free, have hot water, and the staff were extremely kind and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

Lo de este sitio ha sido una experiencia 100% recomendable. Ha sido una prueba que ha resultado ser un gran acierto. Mira que el Hotel tiene buena pinta aunque creas que mejor en el centro, quizás pienses que a las afueras...pishh ¡ no, se! ¡NADA DE ESO! En Mardid está todo cerca, gracias al transporte urbano. Lo que marca la diferencia de este hotel no es; la limpieza de lus estancias comunes, la piscina que se agradece T E L A en la capital ¿y a ver cuantos hoteles la tienen?, etc.... LA DIFERENCIA ES.............¡¡¡¡EL PERSONAL!!!! Te hacen sentir una persona que necesita sentirse escuchada y atendida ya que estamos fuera de casa y se agradece en estos tiempos donde esto es raro, raro, raro. Resumiendo: RECOMENDABILÍSIMO, CALIDAD-PRECIO NIVEL TOP Y ALEJANDRA (EN PARTICULAR) PARA LLEVÁRSELA A CASA. GRACIAS a todo el equipo.
