If you want to reach nearby attractions more conveniently, the location is the only advantage of this hotel. The hotel is very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid and its own subway.
The facilities are the same as in the promotional pictures. However, the room has a peculiar smell that is hard to get used to. There is no hairdryer. The shower room is small and not waterproof, and water easily overflows when taking a shower.
The hotel implements online check-in, and you need to check in online in time to receive the room unlocking code. Also the receptionist was nice.
Overall this hotel just one star level.

Undoubtedly the most remarkable thing is the kindness of Raquel, an incredible treatment and always ready to help us throughout the stay. Highly recommended if you want to be in the center, but without the bustle of the most frequented areas. Close to essential metro stops, connected to all of Madrid. Thanks a lot.

Great location a comfortable room. The toilet and shower are inside the main bedroom, only separated by frosted glass, which makes it a little awkward.
Well equipped kitchen for light cooking.

The pictures are incredibly deceiving. This is by far the smallest hotel room I have ever seen in my life. You literally cannot shut the toilet door because my knees are in the way (I’m only 5’3 so imagine anyone else).
There were bugs in the room along the trim.
Room smelt musty and gross.
Shower did not work. There is an overhead/rainfall shower and a detachable one but the overhead fixture was literally not attached to the pipes so completely useless.
Walls are paper thin. Everytime someone shut a door it would wake me up even with earplugs in.
