Fuencarral Apartments

We request an apartment for 4 adult smokers. The arrival was easy from the airport by metro, we got off at the Tribunal Station, we walked 5 blocks on Fuencarral street and that's it. They received us very kindly and despite arriving at 09:00 a.m. they received our luggage in custody until check-in time, so we gained the morning touring the nearby points. At 2:00 p.m. we returned and they assigned us an apartment that greatly exceeded our expectations, spacious, with lots of lighting, a very well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bathroom, with good pressure and hot water all day and with clean towels in necessary amount, the dining room with space necessary for the stay of 5 adults with cable TV and street view, air conditioning in good condition, a room with three beds and a half square and a large chest of drawers for clothes and a sofa bed In the room, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, everything is very clean and disinfected. We received the keys to the main door and to the apartment, so our check-in and check-out times were at our free will... The first impression was very good. The kindness with which we were treated during our stay by Ms. Manager and receptionist were terrific. They were very patient and careful in showing us the best routes to explore Madrid on foot, pointing out places of interest and correctly recommending places to eat that met the three "B" (Good, Nice, Cheap) the conversations we had with them They were nice and very entertaining... They are magnificent hostesses! (When leaving, in gratitude for their charisma, we left them some small details of handmade crafts from my country) Now what interests us, the location is EXCELLENT, it is close to everything, from here you can easily explore the center of Madrid on foot , if you want to move in the city transport, you have the Metro stations of the Gran Vía Station, Callao and Tribunal just blocks away, the Gran Vía (main artery of the city) just 3 blocks away. Although it is true that the street where it is located is extremely busy, I can affirm that after touring Madrid all day, you will be so exhausted that you don't even feel the noise outside. The 4 nights we stayed there we slept very pleasantly... For our departure, we checked out at the indicated time and they very kindly kept our luggage for about 5 hours before we went to the airport. My family and I were very pleasantly surprised by this place, despite having already read the comments on this page, I think that many fell short... it is a highly recommended place and with the right value for money... At home it has been decided, on our next visit to Madrid, we will return to this place, which by the way we have recommended it to our friends. . and reading this to you too...

Two very entertaining days in the center of soft Madrid. We stayed in this fully equipped mini-apartment in the center of Madrid. Clean and well organized, a little noisy because of the very central location and fixtures not suitable for limiting, but it's only a small drawback, on the other hand, excellent value for money, I really think we'll be back.

Central apartment close to the Chueca, Malasana and Gran Via districts! Clean place, fair price! Check a little slow, we waited about an hour. In the area there are countless restaurants and commercial activities, two minutes from the Gran Via.

È una soluzione comoda per i trasporti, ma la palazzina è esageratamente rumorosa. Su tre notti ho dormito solo una notte... feste di compleanno e martellamenti vari ed eventuali dalle TRE di notte. Un pomeriggio sono rientrata un'oretta per dormire e c'era più silenzio. Per chi è schizzinoso anche la pulizia non è il massimo.

Nos quedamos en sept del 2022 , un grupo de 5 amigos , la ubicación perfecta cerca de principales de madrid , el alrededor tenía bares y restaurantes y supermercados, el personal amable , el apartamento cómodo para los 5, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía

La posizione perfetta è la sola cosa che permette di chiudere un occhio davanti a tutto il resto. Casa davvero minuscola, carente di qualsiasi comfort necessario in una casa vacanze. In bagno niente porta carta igienica e cattivo odore tremendo, nelle camere niente comodini o armadio, nessun appendino, neanche in bagno, non si sa dove si dovrebbero appendere asciugamani, cappotti o qualsiasi altro indumento. Polvere e sporcizia dappertutto, ma soprattutto in cucina, dove non c’è nulla, neanche un bollitore ed infine neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo ad attendere gli ospiti e solo un mezzo rotolo di carta igienica.

Deje olvidado debajo de mi cama 200 euros y 2 tarjetas con mi nombre/apellidos, y cuando llame al día siguiente nadie sabia nada, nadie había visto nada, no se hacen responsables de nada, dándome largas todo el tiempo, no queriendo que contactara con el propietario de los apartamentos, entre unas y otras se veía claramente que lo que querían es que dejara de llamar y preguntar. Me dicen que la limpiadora no vio nada, y que le preguntarían a los nuevos huéspedes, obviamente, si la limpiadora "no ve nada", ¿que van a ver los huéspedes?; esta claro que no se molestan en nada. Considero que 4 billetes y 2 tarjetas se ven fácil, pero entre ellas se tapan, ofreciendo distintas versiones. Como el huésped tenga algún mínimo problema o descuido, nadie va a echar una mano, al revés...Brillante su fingir, su incompetencia, desidia. Denunciado esta el apartamento como Apropiación Indebida, espero que se les caiga la cara de vergüenza

Estado hace un día, pase tres noches con mi familia por tema de trabajo. Apartamento céntrico, limpio y bien equipado. Calidad precio perfecto. Parking cercar que hace precio por estar en los apartamentos. Un día que fuimos a coger el ascensor y no funcionaba y llamamos y al momento lo solucionaron. Los recomiendo!
