The location was amazing and the room is spacious and comfy!! But the clean is not on point… found some hair on the sheets on the first day

Had a little trouble finding this Apartment. But once there the gentleman who greeted us was very nice and informative. Apartment was great. However please note there is some pots, pans, tea bags, salt and a little sugar in the apt. Decent for two people. Great Location. We did not eat in the apartment. Please keep in mind as a traveler if you want to eat in the apartment you will have to bring ALL your food/spices/oil/butter/dish soap, etc. Felt very safe. Code to get in door. For us it was great because we just slept there and drank the tea!

A lovely welcome on checking in. The room was excellent, very clean and a very comfy bed and pillows, had a great sleep. The apartment was stocked with everything you need i.e kettle, fridge, toaster etc and plenty of plug sockets which can often be sparce on previous apartments i've stayed in. Best of all was the location which was perfect for getting around, just behind the Plaza Mayor Square. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments and we will be back.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Properly equipped. Extremely well located. Perfect for a couple of days in Madrid. The only little drawback: the absence of international channels on the TV. A special mention to the staff at the reception. I left a little bag when I left the place and it appears Giangiacomo went out of his way to have it mailed to me. A big thank you!

We had a very comfortable room on the 4th floor, served by a lift. There was a very large bed, and plenty of cutlery/crockery and a microwave - the latter was useful for heating water as the kettle was quite slow. Good water pressure and a lovely shower. Close to all the sights and public transport. Would happily stay there again.

Wonderful location, everything on your doorstop. Rooms are clean bright and airy. Staff are very helpful and will help whenever they can. Highly recommend. The location is perfect for everything, would highly recommend a bike tour. Lovely restaurants on your doorstep

This is a very good hotel in a very good location with outstanding staff. The lady who was working over the weekend I was staying there was super helpful and remained very patient with me despite my numerous questions. The location was excellent with plenty to do in the vicinity, it was also quite cheap to get there from the train station. The room was nice with a couple of small balconies. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit rubbish but other than that it was a great stay all round. Thank you.

Absolutely couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience with this company. From start to finish they were unbelievably unsatisfactory. They have a high review, which is misleading. Stay anywhere else.

The staff is professional and eager to help. The balcony is very nice as well and so is the proximity to all the attractions of interest in the center of madrid. I found that I only had to walk to reach many places I wanted to go to. Would definitely go there again and look forward to it.

Great location, convenient to sites, shops, restaurants and the metro. The manager Jean Giacamo was super friendly and helpful with all my needs. My few interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. I loved the convenience of having a mini kitchen and access to laundry facilities for my 5 day stay. It was clean and comfortable.

I loved. A very comfortable apar**ent, new and tastefully decorated. The staff is very attentive and the location is very central but without noise from the street. Having a supermarket nearby is also a plus. What is missing is some basic things from the kitchen (oil, salt...), thicker pillows and a closet for clothes that is more comfortable to use.

Très bonne literie, très calme alors que nous sommes dans le centre, bonne isolation: on n'entend pas les voisins, personnel fort aimable et arrangeant. Tout le nécessaire pour manger sur place quand on ne veut pas aller au resto; j'apprécie d'ailleurs particulièrement les grands verres à vin. Les valises peuvent être gardées si on arrive avant le check in ou après le chek out. Parfaitement placé pour la visite de la ville. Un minuscule bémol: la salle d'eau où quelques cheveux/poils restaient à notre arrivée (Pb d'aspirateur?). C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons, nous reviendrons ici. On ne peut que recommander.
