This is not a hotel and the check in was the worst experience ever. Breakfast place is 10 minutes walk away- it was really nice though

TRES DECEVANT. A FUIR !! Appartement mal équipé, vieux, usé. Mauvais rapport qualité /prix. Plus d'1 heure, à attendre devant l'immeuble pour récupérer les codes. Malgré mon mail envoyé 2 jours avant mon arrivée. Gestion par WhatsApp only, rarement disponible et peu courtois. (changement d'appart car cela ne correspondait pas à ma réservation) Appartement sommaire, pas entretenu et mal équipé. La cuisine n'est pas vraiment équipé comme indiqué sur le descriptif. (NOT FULLY EQUIPED KITKEN), Pas de cafetière électrique, pauvre en ustensiles de cuisine (2 fourchette, 2 cuillères à café, 2 verres, 2 tasses...) Poêle minuscule, etc etc . Pas de torchon. Une seule prise électrique disponible dans le coin table. aucune prise disponible dans la chambre. Impossible de travailler en home office. (ordinateur + tel). Impossible d'avoir une multiprise électrique, La réception digitale m'a dis d'aller acheter ce dont j'avais besoin au supermarché !! Durant mon séjour, j'ai essayé d'avoir réception pour un souci. aucune réponse de leur part !! Je déconseille fortement ces appartements gérés par SMART RENTAL. Celui-ci ternis l'image de Smart Rental. Vous pouvez trouver nettement plus propre et plus spacieux juste à cote pour moins chère !!!

The room is very old. The kitchen is in very poor condition. The walls are moldy. The shutter cords are wet. The toilet is very old. The bathtub is terrible. There is absolutely no internet. At first, they gave us a Wi-Fi network that didn’t exist. Then they told us about another one, but that didn’t work either. We couldn’t use the internet at all during our stay. Overall, the price–performance ratio is very poor. I was not satisfied at all. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The location of the building is good. Breakfast is served in a separate place on Gran Vía (a bit far), and that part was very good. The staff working at breakfast were very good.

I think the pictures were not accurate, the building and the room very old. I didn’t use anything from the apartment so I cannot say a word about it.

Very tiny bathroom, air con very old, noisy and kot efficient. Not sound proof at all. You could hear all the noise from outside, very frustrating. The communication from the host was not too good.

Check in was confusing, there no virtual check in and no breakfast either. The room was small but close to everything.

Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. They need to make check-in and easier process as we were not the only ones with the same issue, there was at least three other people with the same issue while we were there
