Great things about this place is the curtain privacy, towels and locks provided, and the convenience of the location. Staff were helpful. What was ok about the place was the bathroom. Hardly any room in the shower. Most were were broken. Bathroom stuffy. No air circulation. Only one type of soap for hands/body/shampoo. Doors to the room were loud. There's no common courtesy in the rooms. People talking at all hours of the night. My five nights there was exhausting.

It was the most clean and stylish hostel I have ever stayed.
Location is center of the city, walking distance to everywhere.
Room is spacious, pod has curtains. Roommates were very friendly at the time I stayed that made us less awkward.
Lobby is not like usual hostel standard, designed like a boutique hotel lobby.
I just wished:
There is at least shared refrigerator.
Washer for clothes.
Space to dry clothes.
And clean bathroom more often/ or better.
Service was nice, everyone who works there was very professional .

Great quirky room with plenty of natural light (excellent sun blocking curtains). Close to many of the attractions in Madrid and walking distance to the Metro stations.

Place is clean and staff were nice and helpful.
Shower/ sink is annoying; you have to keep pressing the dispenser to get water. “Kitchen” doesn’t have sink or water.
Very noisy all night because you are on a main avenue with people and cars all night.

Got a private room and it was sufficient. No bells or whistles and all the walls looked like they could be wiped down (scuff marks), one of the sinks leaked onto the floor so I just didn’t use it. Dropped some change under the bed and found a lot of dust on retrieval. Thought the rooms could use a good overall clean. One big plus was barely any street noise due to the good windows.

I needed a cheap place to stay for 1 night after missing my flight back to the US. This hostel was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets to charge my stuff. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for budget-friendly accommodations.

I really liked my stay there but the lockers aren’t safe! My door didn’t work for a whole night & half a day and so I hot into a lot of trouble getting back to my bed (the batteries of the door weren’t charged so they had to be recharged and ih took them hours to do it).one of my FlipFlops was stolen because I didn’t lock them in. The reaction of the staff wasn’t really what I expected because they were really chill about it and just looked for them in one place where they thought it could be. In every other way the hostel was very good to stay although there aren’t really vegan options at the breakfast (only soy milk and jam with toast).
