The hotel's front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions raised are resolved with care. Although the hotel is near the airport, it doesn't feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.

The rooms are not very clean, the sheets were full of other people's hair.
The breakfast was very fair, the green fruit like pears and stale kiwis, the sausages, bacon and eggs were cold and of very poor quality and cold.

It is a comfortable and cozy hotel, open 24 hours, the receptionists are very friendly, it has the bus stop next door so you can get around Madrid. Everything is great

Wifi needs to be paid separately, and the speed is extremely poor
Breakfast is 9 Euros at your own expense. There is basically nothing to eat and you don’t want to change it
The only good thing about the room is that there is a small bathtub
Others are really hard to say, and the service attitude is average, definitely not worth the price
