You can't ask for more It is located in Mercadrid, which some scores negatively and I think it's a huge advantage for the safety of being in a watched premise and to which no one can access. Hotel open 24 hours a day, with 24-hour snack service in case you are hungry at any time of the day, there are also a couple of restaurants nearby that you can walk to, they have a vending machine, a buffet breakfast that is great for €7 you have variety and you can eat whatever you want. They have underground parking for €7 a day and an area available to park on the street for free if you want too.

I broke my hand before coming to Scout Hostel, and I have been there for more than two weeks. The Hostel Staff are all so smiley, helpful, and support-full. The reception team Nacho, Beatriz, Maria, and the others are so hard workers and so helpful. Angel, and Nell the housekeeping and kitchenettes are awesome and always smiling. The hostel toilets, showers, rooms, and dining services are so clean, calm and relaxing. The food are so good and on time service. I have really enjoyed my stay here, and strongly recommended this place.

The first two nights we woke up with a lot of noise, I suppose from maintenance works (cut, screw,lix ... ) but we woke up at 5:45 a day and at 5:50 a day afterwards. We told the reception staff what had happened on the first day, but they didn't take it seriously, they gave us long and said they were not, when we said the second day, they changed us from room, Repair baggage, change room and install again. The room wings that changed us smelled to tobacco, despite putting a smoke-free room, and the moquette was fatal, full of spots, but the worst thing is that we have been disturbed by the weekend . How do they start to work at those weather hours having customers resting that for that is holidays or weekends, to disconnect, rest ....¡ a weekend disaster and they continued saying they were not and the worst It is that no one contacts us , no matter what they pass from the topic and the client.
