Well where do I start with this hotel, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When you arrive the entrance is underwhelming from the start, with no real reception or welcome, built into the hillside it’s no place for people with mobility issues. It’s up in the hills with nothing in the vicinity, a car is a must otherwise you’re stuck in this place. Th e reception staff are like AI robots, rude unhelpful and everything has masses of paperwork even if you just want a towel. Dina in the upstairs bar deserves a medal, she always has a smile on her face, how she manages it I’ll never know. The food is mediocre to say the least, boring repetitive and cold. There are no hotel activities of any kind, which could easily be implemented but it’s obviously a cost cutting measure. It’s not all inclusive even though they say it is, there are hidden costs everywhere, you can’t even get a bottle of water, that costs you 3 euros. It says it’s a Spa Hotel but you can’t see or use the pool or sauna unless you book an overpriced treatment. My room wasn’t too bad but I paid for an upgrade the basic rooms are pretty poor. It takes 5 minutes for the water to get warm which ever room you have, there is no instruction on how to use the safe. They told us there was a shuttle bus to the nearest town but wanted 9 euros each for it I haven’t paid for a shuttle before at an all inclusive and limited your time there, to a couple of hours. There are no lifeguards at any of the pools which I thought was a legal necessity. This is not a five star hotel, I would rate it as a two. Even if you simply want your room cleaned every day you have to do it online, which is a complete pain. This holiday was cheap for a reason, pay a little more and read the negative reviews first, I wish I had. The best thing about the holiday was meeting some lovely people.
