Really nice staff and the location isn’t bad! There’s a lot of eateries and bars nearby—but the property is so incredibly noisy. I’m not talking about the hustle and bustle of steeet noise—that never bothers me. But there was really loud construction happening at ALL hours. I was awoken after midnight by an incredibly loud truck dropping gravel on the street in front of the hotel and people raked it for awhile afterwards. There was jackhammering and drilling before 8am. Terrible sleep, nice hotel. Apparently it’s been going on for 2 months, no end in sight.

Last minute check in and place went beyond my expectations. Been curios about staying here ever since and was genuinely happy they were able to survive the pandemic. Great value for money, room and bathroom were clean. Tv was working properly. Bed is comfortable. Receptionist was very accommodating too! Nearby poblacion area with the latest restos and party places. Would recommend for those who appreciate and respect historical landmarks in the metro 🤍

Rooms are great clean and large plenty of room. Service and cleanliness is great. I'm fussy and this hotel ticks every box you will be feel like your at home. Also in a great location away from the main roads and traffic but close enough to everything

Terrible stay no daily room clean no new clean towels or replacement of water Stayed 5 nights only stayed as payed up front no refund also booked for a night the filling week but didn’t even stay as the place is dirty with no house keeping asked for a one night refund the week before and told no refund

Clean apartment and a very helpful girls Chinne and Jane they will help you with anything you ask them 😊Walking distance to bars and restaurants including fast foods. Nearby embassy offices and VFS! Merci Beaucoup

The staffs are very approachable and accomodating.The room was excellent in cleaniliness with complete set of appliances.Very cozy and convenient,a lot of food shops nearby.All in all,best place to stay when your in Manila!.Most recommended!Hope to stay there again.
