The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

Our stay has been pleasant, the room is very spacious and cozy. However, we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come at any time, despite putting the "you can enter" sign on the door handle. In addition, in the toilet there was a dirty towel (with a lot of makeup) from a previous tenant. Besides, after checking out we left our bags in the luggage room and when we went back for them they did not look at the numbering of the tickets, but rather they made us enter the room to "take your bags" without checking if we really had ours. .. obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them. Otherwise everything quite good.

Bad: - someone elses hairs in bed when i got into it 1st night - wifi signal was very poor. Ended up hotspotting off my mobile - long wait to check in as kiosks werent working. Good: -excellent customer service from Paulo and the team. Went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. - excellent breakfast - vegan options always much appreciated - great location

The hotel is great for the city Center Tram and Oxford st station. If you stay here avoid room282 it’s near the lift and you can hear the doors opening and closing through the night if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel is in such a great location and the staff are really helpful. The bedrooms are exactly what I have come to expect from Premier Inn with extremely comfortable beds and plenty of room. A great place to stay for access to everything that this wonderful city has to offer

Lovely staff, we felt so welcome. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Very nice breakfast with enough variety. Location was great, close to main attractions that we were interested in. Special thanks to Paulo! He was so friendly, funny and welcoming.

Was welcomed to hotel by Paulo. He is a very valuable member of your team. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very professional and welcoming. He give us advice on the best route to the CooP arena. Made the check in at the hotel seamless. Thank you Paulo

The Hotel and staff were good as was the breakfast the following morning. However the couple in the next room had a domestic argument that went on till four in the morning. This was inside the room and at times in the corridor. So unfortunately no sleep was had.

Staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful. Only had breakfast as eating out locally - there are loads of places to eat out. Breakfast selection was good. Food fresh and well cooked. Location is great. Room is spacious and clean though decor a bit tired. Overall a great stay.

Great staff and service during our stay at this hotel. Paulo and Bruno were so welcoming and helpful and made us smile every morning at breakfast. The breakfast was always fresh and well cooked by chef Jerzy and offered plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and spacious, but perhaps a little tired and in need of some attention. Overall a lovely stay, would definitely visit again.

Good location but terrible if your room is facing the rear. My 1st room, (125 I think) was above the loading bay to the building. On the 1st morning of my stay a drinks delivery woke me at 06:15, on the second day the laundry delivery was at 06:45. I managed to move room for the third night a slept well on that night.

As the the original plan of the stay was planned to be something else in general, but turned out in an absolute different way, the hotel and the staff managed to give a good feeling of having an own small space where you can have a rest after a day of exploring the city. A good place, near the train station. In case I´d be visiting Manchester again, would probably choose the same place.

This Hotel looked grubby and dated from the outside, reception didn't change my opinion, grubby sofas with rubbish on them. The theme continued in the lift and dark, dingy corridors, My room was decorated with an awful coffee colour and looked tired and unloved. I had an awful night, the room was 27 degrees and the window was screwed shut. No fresh air and only a small fan to circulate the warm air. The room was smelly, probably due to not ever getting aired. Bathroom looked like it had a recent make over and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facility. Breakfast was ok but some items were cold and dried out. I particularly liked the sausage. There is a huge choice of rooms in Manchester i thought i would be safe booking a Premier Inn, this one is poor and i wont be returning.
