All was great but our room, perhaps undergoing some change, was absent any towel racks, coat hooks, luggage rack, nothing really to hang anything on, other than wire hangers. Clean and orderly, just unfinished.

A very nice older hotel will the basics. No frills, but clean and quiet. I had an issue making the nightstand lights work and the office sent someone up right away and showed up the light switch!!! Duh! They were very polite and didn’t laugh! Great for a simple overnight or few nights stay. Close to all beach businesses and Kings Harbor in Redondo Beach.

Overall great two night stay. I read many reviews before booking and they were quite mixed. I payed a nominal charge for an updated room and was completely satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of accommodation. I did not feel it was run down, unsafe, or loud from road noise. Overall great little older hotel situated in a fantastic spot

The check in was friendly and easy. The room was clean and quiet. It is all very dated with no restaurant but we were told the are in the process of modernizing and adding a new restaurant. Would recommend for convenience and service.

Stayed in an older room. Holes in the wall, loose sockets, weird smell in the room. Bed was okay, good location to explore LA.

The family room has three beds in two rooms, so there is privacy. Two double beds are in the shared area and one double bed in its own room. It is a comfortable room to crash at while in California. I would definitely stay here again with my family of five.

The Seahorse Inn is an older, unpretentious, low frills (but well cared for) place to stay whose total sum is greater than its modest parts. I have stayed here several times over many years and have been totally satisfied every time. I will continue to stay here at every future visit to the South Bay area.

Last minute I need to book a hotel. This popped up in the area. When I checked in they were very nice. I chose to upgrade to one of the newly remodeled rooms. I’m glad I did. They did a great job on the room design. I loved the whole retro feeling of the whole place as well. I would definitely go back.
