I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel very touched. The location is in a development zone, 5-10 minutes drive away from the feasting, friends who like quiet will like it very much. The hotel is very new, the room especially the bathroom is relatively large, the toiletries are also good, and the shower set is very user-friendly. I found a problem during the check-in process. I originally planned to report it to them and need to pay attention to it later. I didn't expect the front desk to respond very quickly and handle it generously, which is a five-star response level. Will stay again.

A newly opened hotel in my hometown. I came back to my hometown during the Spring Festival to experience it with my family. The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. It is only 10 minutes by car from the center of Shuidong. But there are no restaurants around the hotel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very polite. The supporting supplies in the room are also good, especially the hand sanitizer and hair dryer are worthy of praise 👍The bedding is comfortable, and the pillow can be prepared by the hotel. For example, I want to sleep on a latex pillow. There is a buffet breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, and there are quite a lot of categories. The environment is good. The taste is good enough to eat. In addition to cleanliness and hygiene, ingredients and cooking are the most important factors in determining delicious food. There is room for improvement. Overall, this stay was quite comfortable.

The hotel is newly opened, the room is big and clean! It is worth mentioning that the fully automatic system in the room is very smart, and the view is really good. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and check-in is very fast. The buffet breakfast is very good with many varieties. While waiting for the bus in the lobby, there was also grape juice poured by the lady at the front desk. Very good, will recommend to friends ^_^. .

Negative Ratings! Not long after the renovation, the room smelled very strong, the temperature in the room was very low, the air conditioning effect was poor, and the wind noise was loud. The batteries of the remote control of the TV were installed backwards, and the remote control was pressed for a long time without debugging. There are not many types of breakfast. 酒店乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐熱情細心！給個贊👍🏻 唯一不滿的是用早餐出來時因手上拿着倆個人的酸奶（因太冷想解凍後再食用）而被叫住感到不舒服，希望以後小姐姐要看實際情況，不要讓客人尷尬😳

我們從海南駕車返回大陸，第一站選擇入住了茂名的電白美達酒店。我們在茂名住過不少酒店，感覺電白的華美達酒店最好。一是前台接待人員很專業，二是地下車庫很棒，三是一樓西餐廳服務很好，送餐到房間，四是設施比較新。總之這家酒店感覺很温馨。

茂名的華美達酒店的自助早餐居然有腸粉！全家都很興奮，紛紛過去光顧！發現醬油居然是自製的，還可以加蛋加得這麼均勻，整體質素媲美廣州銀記！牛腩粉的牛腩也絕對是上乘，雖然不及廣州同福路廿多年都排長隊的的街坊店，但也是可以隨便吊打那些什麼米其林星級的某某清湯腩的！這是外出這麼多天以來，吃過最好吃的早餐了！

優點：酒店位置便捷，很大氣，設施很新，服務員態度也很好，會面帶微笑。 吐槽一下：預訂的是禁煙房，一打開門一個煙灰缸赫然出現在面前。員工解釋整個酒店都是禁煙的，但是有客人會抽煙，所以都會放着煙灰缸。 當時本着包容將就的心態住下來了，結果幾天整個走廊瀰漫著煙味。 想着在電白有這樣的酒店已經算不錯了，沒想着留評價。 結果好笑的是回訪電話打過來，順便提到這個事情，當提個建議。 結果酒店方回覆是8樓就是吸煙樓層。 該怎麼説呢，説虛假宣傳還是員工培訓不到位？ 我入住的時候是除夕，整個酒店住客屈指可數，為什麼安排到吸煙樓層 如果需要預訂更高級的樓層或者房型才能安排禁煙樓層，也可以實際告知而不是隨便敷衍客人吧 之後我們入住某景區酒店，酒店房間至少是沒有煙灰缸也擺着很大的牌子提示禁止吸煙的 那天溝通酒店的語氣不是很好，看到評論區回覆評論也是很強勢。 酒店的服務不在於服務員的微笑，真誠服務客人而不是敷衍或者應付。
