Liebes Team Wir waren bei Ihnen zu besuch als es das Rentner Angebot mit Fahrt und essen inkl. einem Getränk war. Es gab Militärkäseschnitte wir waren doch von diesem Angebotenen essen etwas enttäuscht. Käseschnitte konnte meine Mutter nicht essen war viel zu hart gebraten und sehr trocken. Vom Ausflug sowie der Bedienung waren wir ansonsten sehr zu frieden. Es wäre sicher besser für ältere Leute etwas in der Menu Wahl zu überdenken. Wir waren als Familie im Berghotel. Alle haben uns verwöhnt, sei es zum Übernachten, Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen. Ideal für Familien, Preis-Leistung super. Trail fahren und wandern und am Abend die Ruhe geniessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Senioren - Nachmittag wurde uns an der Kasse empfohlen. Die Berg- und Talfahrt inkl. Mittagessen. Leider durften wir 45 min. warten bis endlich ein Getränk serviert wurde. Das Menu für den Seniorenzmittag war Spatz. Eigentlich kein Problem. Doch die Wartezeit für das Servieren von Spatz war 60 min. Der Spatz war wässerig und was noch schlimmer ist, fast kalt. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde nicht eingegangen. Achtung: kein W-Lan im Restaurant. Wir können das Bergrestaurant auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
