Room was fine. My only complaint is ther was only barely warm water at midnight for our showers.

Pool area was clean and the pool temp was warm for our kids. Peloton in the workout room was a great surprise! Room was large and clean and staff were friendly and courteous.

My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel. We drove from South Carolina to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our experiences at this hotel have been wonderful. We will return again in the future.

Check in was very pleasant. Personal were very helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty to chose from. Personal at breakfast area were very kind and helpful. Negative reviews are not what I do like to write. But, the floors were sticky and not cleaned properly. After checking in walking down the hallway near the kitchen area were bad (sticky). Entering the room next to the refrigerator was a dead roach on the shelf. Wife sitting on couch, saw a roach on lampshade next to bed (is was alive). We started to leave but decided to stay. I will not return to this location. All of our away from home stays are at Hampton Inns. This is the worst Hampton i have been too.

The hotel was clean and nicely updated with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing though. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The breakfast had loads of options, and they had an apple cinnamon waffle batter that was amazing.

I call before hand and ask for rooms side by side, the person I spoke with said no problem, they said it was noted it on my reservation and when we got there we were on different floors, really inconvienent. I went down to buy a drink and the person at the desk was not real helpful, act like they didnt want to be there. Customer service is #1 in retail business and I felt like i was treated at the bottom...set a bad mood for my whole weekend...

The receptionist treated me badly, she didn't want to attend to me and after I hadn't paid and they didn't even tell me about breakfast, the attention was super bad, the first time this has happened to me in a state!
