Don‘t know where to start … the poolpump is not working, so the Pool can‘t be used! Every second light in the room is not working , so you can‘t see much - makeup impossible! The toilett is loose , so of you sit down, you think you will fall with it … the drainage is not working - water in the sink stands for 20minutes … the cupboard too small for 2 people- just 4 hangers!!! It needs a total makeover and a total renovation!!! It is all crab and rotten !

I can not recommend this Riad highly enough. Upon arrival we welcomed so warmly. The Riad is a hidden paradise that is like been transported to a calm tranquility from the busy warm streets outside. All staff are truly amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a wonderful experience. Ayoyb is such a lovely man and went out of his way to accommodate any needs. From cleanliness to hospitality I can’t recommend higher. The pool is beautiful and room design is so well thought out. I will definitely return. If you are thinking of staying here don’t give a second thought. You won’t regret it.

I refused to stay at this Riad because the manager (ie, Marwan) has been extremely rude, irresponsive and disrespectful throughout my phone conversations with him prior to my visit. I never got my refund though. Use caution!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Riad Sharma. Impressive building architecture and pleasant calm atmosphere, which is a welcoming contrast to the busy surrounding area. The staff were excellent. Most helpful with all aspects of the stay and very attentive.

We had an amazing stay in this riad! The hospitality was great and the employees were very kind. Especially Mustafa who served us most of the time was very kind and helped us with everything whe needed. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Marrakech.

Les points positifs sont la belle architecture du bâtiment, la piscine et le repas du soir que nous avons mangé. Les points négatifs sont malheureusement plus nombreux. . La difficulté d'accès pour se garer et accéder jusqu'au riad avec les valises (un vrai parcours du combattant) , pas de services proposés pour les personnes qui arrivent en voiture alors que le quartier est plutôt mal fréquenté . Le manque de personnel évident. . La vétusté des chambres, notamment des salles de bains il faut vraiment faire des rénovations pour que le séjour soit agréable. . Le WiFi qui ne fonctionné pas . Le petit déjeuner plutôt moyen Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Hotel limpo, agradável, confortável, com pessoal muito atencioso em especial o recepcionista Ayoub e o camareiro Mustafa. Os jantares de refeições tipicamente Marroquinas foram excelentes e servidos sempre com um cuidado inexcedível. Experiência muitíssimo boa e a repetir numa próxima oportunidade.
