The friendliest staff, charming hotel, but many things that are far from perfect. We changed to Riad Caprice from Riad Ranya Princess, which we didn't like that much. However we didn't know both Riads are owned by the same owner, and apparently there is also a third one. The staff is super friendly, and goes out of their way to help. The Riad is charming and the location is good. However we had a leaky toilet, a shower that needs to be held by hand, they kept on forgetting to clean the bathroom, the food is mediocre and simple dinner takes at least 1,5 hour to get to the table. Also the pool is no more than a small bassin in the court yard. Charming for one evening, but I wouldn't stay here again.
