Birmingham NEC/Airport

I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ... But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true. Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant. Service excellence Room really ok. Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is Through a park you can reach nec

Hotel is a perfect location for Resorts World. We used Uber’s the whole time and left our car parked. The car park is safe and secure. The hotel staff are always available and polite. The restaurant attached is also very nice. The staff are lovely and helpful. The menu is not extensive. But there is enough for everyone. It’s fairly priced. The restaurant snd bar and separated, which allows for a quiet dining experience. Our room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel feels and looks clean and comfortable. Great selection of teas and coffees that you can help yourself to at any time. Will stay again if visiting Resorts World or NEC.

Was sadly disappointed with my 2 day trip here. Was woken up twice by House keepers at 9.30am. First day I didnt think much about it mistakes happen but for it to happen again on our last day really annoyed me. As a first time mum this was my first night in 2 years that I was having q Child free break more importantly my sister sleeps with no pjs due to certain needs of hers, so having a house keeper walk in without knocking left us very displeased. Also we found the waiting staff at breakfast was very ill mannered, rude and at times looked down on, we witnessed a event that took place at breakfast and raised a complaint regarding this.

I was staying here on my own while attending an exhibition at the NEC. I was dubious as I was on my own and am a nervous traveler anyway, but staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was mediocre, glad I didn’t spend money on dinner. Plenty of food to order the hotel and it was easy enough to do. Would definitely stay again.

Solid Premier Inn stay. We arrived at 0315 after a flight back to Birmingham. We had to ring a bell and wait a few mins for someone to let us in, check-in was then smooth and solid, decent sized family room with a king and 2 singles. Bathroom was clean and fine. We did get breakfast which was solid buffet option. You do have to pay £10 for parking for 24 hours even if staying at hotel.

Booked as had an early flight the next day. Used check in machine with no problems and booked evening meal with receptionist for later on. Room was a good location on the 1st floor however when we opened the door we were hit with a musty smell. Left the window opened and hoped for the best before we returned after food. Unfortunately food was really poor as well, kids had pizza and hubbie had ordered a gammon but not really sure what it was that came as looked and tasted nothing like one. Bar area not welcoming and small for the size of the hotel. The shower head was full of black gunk and the sink looked like there was tissue paper stuck down it. Room was noisy with people above and either side. Air con didn’t work properly then on-site parking charged £10 for the night. Staff were lovely but clearly not enough on duty. Would never stay here again Liverpool airport is miles better.

We had a great stay here the room was spotless although noise from the room above but overall stay we could not fault. The rooms were spotless and the cleaners were helpful with getting us some more towels and extra tea for the following morning
