"Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again."

"A group of friends came together for a dragon boat racing event in Edgbaston and came as a rowing club. The hotel staff and the overall stay was very pleasant. Really enjoyed it, and will come again as this is an annual event."

"Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was very clean upon arrival and was cleaned each day we was there. The room had everything we needed in there and more. The only small thing that would have improved it slightly, would be better aircon but it still helped during the heat wave! The food was very good too. The staff where all very nice and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location to stop night before, literally walk over the road and your in the airport, I did a night before bag drop to make things easier in the morning before my flight. It’s a winner for me, friendly staff and good food in the restaurant tops it off."
