I can only say nice things about the location… the structure offers everything you need for a comfortable and practical holiday near the sea, independent and clean accommodation, a very kind and helpful reception, excellent value for money. I will definitely recommend it!

I stayed at the property during a couple trip. It is a large, completely renovated residence surrounded by greenery, where you can feel the maritime atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Various apartments of different sizes are available, each equipped with all comforts (kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, balcony, drying rack and private parking). The premises are clean and obviously care must be taken to keep them that way, cleaning is not done daily unless you request the staff. There is a lack of attention to detail (refrigerator that does not close properly, bathroom that is not exactly impeccable) but all in all the structure offers what is needed for holiday accommodation. The location is very convenient, we are practically in front of the free beach and the various bathing establishments, and it is also possible to rent bicycles at the reception. Dulcis in fundo, the presence of the swimming pool, open during the day (with swimming cap required) which represents an excellent stopgap in case of a red flag at the sea. Finally, applause to the staff, who after a strong night storm managed to fix the damage caused by the storm in a very short time and restore order and cleanliness in the structure. We were happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

La Pergola would have all the credentials to be a fairytale place. Location a few steps from the sea, beautiful swimming pool, several apartments have a large terrace or a beautiful garden with very comfortable outdoor sinks. It is in an area not very close to services if you move on foot but the small center of Ronchi is less than a km away. However, what penalizes this place is the interior of the apartments where the attention to detail is absolutely lacking and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I think it would take very little to make a leap in quality and make it one of the best locations in the area.
