I made a reservation online. When I arrived the hotel was locked and a sign said that they were not open on Sundays. I called the number on the sign. Np answer. I left a message but no one returned my call. I had to go find another place to stay. But they still charged me for the night. Fortuneately, the credit card company refunded the money when I reported the fraud. I would stay away from these theives.

Passez votre chemin!!! Accueil déplorable, froid et agressif Nous avions réservé via Booking, une chambre familiale avec un choix de lit pour un lit double et 2 lits simples sans possibilité d’annuler la réservation. A l’arrivée on nous a mis une chambre familiale avec lit supervisé cage ferraille dangereux pour des adultes. Pas de table de chevet, pas de miroir, TV avec seulement 4 chaînes, literie à revoir, manque de prises électriques, hôtel bruyant. On nous fait passer par l’extérieur avec un escalier dangereux alors que l’on pouvait passer par la réception pour éviter un étage et être obligé de contourner l’immeuble avec nos valises. A fuir surtout pour l’accueil, pas commerçant du tout, commerce forcé Le prix : 140€ cher pour un lit superposé dangereux

Très bon hôtel, extrêmement propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec pain et viennoiseries faits maison. Personnel très accueillant et excellent restaurant. De plus, Matignon est très bien situé géographiquement. À recommander sans modération.

Après 6 heures de route je pensais pouvoir prendre ma chambre mais non j’aurais dû calculer mon arrivée pour arriver à 16h30… pourtant marqué réception 24/24… plus qu’à attendre 2 heures… merci de corriger votre descriptif car il ne reflète en rien la réalité et je pense avoir autre chose à faire que de glandouiller 2 heures pour rien

Accueil très sympathique, chambre petite mais confortable, propre et silencieuse. Décoration sobre et moderne. Parking gratuit. Idéalement situé, proche commerces et restaurant. L'établissement fait également restaurant . Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déj . Pas de point négatif, plutôt bon rapport qualité/prix

Hôtel agréable, accueil sympathique, chambre petite mais agréable et confortable. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Rénovation récente. Au calme, petit déjeuner copieux servi à l’assiette ( croissant et pain frais, yaourt,fruits, jus d’orange) Parking à proximité Nous y avons passé une bonne nuit.
